Dr. Palacios really care for hiss patients. He is courteous, explain very good, send the referals in a timely manner. He is an excellent person and excellent doctor.

His mannerism and interface with me was courteous and caring and mindful of me as an individual. He appeared to be well informed medically. Although he claimed that this was my first visit, I have to disagree. I have been under the care of Dr. Gomez for years at Optum and I think my records should serve as a history of Optum care (not Dr. Palacios care). Doctors will come and go, but I am hoping that my care at Optum has continuity. At least that is what I am getting at other facilities, such as Cedar Sinai and City of Hope.

Dr. PALACIOS, Listened without judgment and didn't risk me nor over talk me. One thing he did that in all my years of being a patient even with other HMO'S Dr. Palacios asked a question related to how I was feeling and my family history. It was one question no one ever ask and he asked it and I'm so grateful for him being amazing at what he do. I feel that I am in the right hands.

Since I was assigned to him through [omitted] and not by choice due to my doctor leaving the HCO there were no conversations about him nor over my overall health during the vist. It was Q&A ordering lab work that was incomplete having me to have another blood draw.
