He was arrogant and condescending. made me feel like an idiot for coming in for a follow up for a broken toe, which is what the urgent care physician had recommended. Not a caring person at all. Made me feel like I was a waste of his time. My money is as good as anyone elses.

He is the reason I stay with Optum. He takes my concerns seriously, breaks down everything effectively, does not make me feel like I should know things, super approachable, patient oriented, kind, and truly brightens my day when he enters the exam room. I am in good hands and am taken seriously and seen! Women is medicine have historically been swept under the rug. He does not do that! Great hire Optum! I have people I work with who go to him as well and we all just appreciate his level of professionalism and patient care so much! I cannot say enough!

Love!!! Carlos Colon NPC he makes me feel comfortable at every visit. I feel comfortable asking him questions and he is so knowledgeable and so friendly. I actually enjoy my visit with him. I never used to like going to the doctor until I met Carlos a coworker of mine recommended me to him and I’m so glad she did now I take my daughter there as well.
