Dr Billal is an excellent physician knows the file when the patient sees him, is a very good listener and steps in when an issues needs to be addressed. also his instructions are clear to the patient when follow up with an other specialist is required. When you leave the patient knows on what to work her-,or himself and what to expect for the next visit. a refreshing stress reducing experience!!!
