He refused to listen to me. I tried 3 times to talk to him. He repeated himself over and over again, 100% convinced that he could read my mind but he had NO CLUE what I wanted to talk to him about. He was guessing. He was insulting, condescending, and rude. On my third attempt to get him to stop he turned snippy. Absolutely not ok. He is used to being the sole source of information in a patient’s life, he has not changed with the times. He needs to retire. The entire encounter was recorded, please review it yourself.
