Alese Hernandez, DNP, FNP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner. She earned her degree from University of Arizona. She's worked with patients with diabetes, obesity and heart problems. She also has experience in geriatric, pediatric and women's health. Alese wanted to work in health care to connect with people. She enjoys supporting underserved comm unities and helping people live healthier lives. Alese educates patients so they can make the best health decisions. She works with her patients to find solutions to their health problems. Alese is empathetic, patient and eager to learn. In her free time, she likes to cook, garden and hike. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
