Telephone Lifestyle Coaching for Veterans

Empowered Veterans to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Optum Serve was proud to support the Telephone Lifestyle Coaching (TLC) program, a custom lifestyle coaching program designed for Veterans through a partnership between the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) National Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and the VHA Office of Rural Health.

Telephone Lifestyle Coaching was created to help engage Veterans in health behaviors that helped to promote well-being, prevent illness and reduce the burden of chronic conditions. The TLC program empowered Veterans to take charge of their health by giving them the freedom to participate when and where they desired.
