Delivering quality health care to U.S. Service Members and Veterans
Our name has changed but our dedication to Veterans and Military Service Members, World Trade Center Survivors, and those who keep America safe and running has never been stronger.
At Optum Serve, we exist for one reason. Actually, make that more than 20 million reasons — to serve those who proudly serve our country.
Optum Serve is dedicated to the best standard of care. By partnering with government agencies dedicated to a variety of members, including, Military Service Members and Veterans, we can provide complete access to health care and a broader range of health services, closer to home.
At Optum Serve our team has a large percentage of Veterans who take great pride in building programs for the military and Veteran communities. Our business was born from Optum and United Health Group who are long-standing, trusted providers of transformative health solutions with compassion and exceptional execution.
Strong commitment to care for those who serve
Across the board, Optum Serve has taken a deep look at every facet of the care experience for our nation’s heroes — and delivers improved quality and access wherever possible.
This means reduced wait times, quick response times and simplified care approaches.
Faster access to care for those who serve
We’re widening our physical footprint to deliver reduced drive times and often reduced wait times for appointments.
Driving positive outcomes for those we serve through robust programs
