My Medication Reminders is a text message reminder service designed to make it easier for individuals to remember to take their medication and refill or renew a prescription with OptumRx.

The text message program offers reminders in two ways: a daily reminder that can be set for any hour of the day to remind the member to take their medication; or a prescription specific reminder where the member can select from a list which medication they’d like reminders.
