The OptumServe Small Business Liaison Office serves as an advocate for our small business partners, and as the OptumServe representative to the small business community.

  • In good standing and known to the federal agency customer
  • Citable past performance with specific federal agencies 
  • Financially stable 
  • Able to receive set-aside contracts
