Follow the data to employee wellness

Employee wellness programs are flourishing as companies embrace Population Health Management strategies. The 9th Annual Wellness in the Workplace Study suggests a connection between success of those programs and the ability to leverage data and analytics.

Employers who say they are very effective at using data are more likely to:

  • Find their programs successful
  • Say they’ve established a culture of health
  • Assert more often that they have a high integration between their physical and behavioral health programs.
