To support social distancing directives, we encourage you to inform your members about the benefits of filling their prescriptions through home delivery. Via our website, mobile app or over the phone, we will work to seamlessly onboard members so that they can quickly realize the savings, convenience and safety of home delivery. 

Additionally, OptumRx is leveraging the resources of our broader organization to provide a global network of expert clinicians that will answer calls from members in need of emotional support.
