Many patients come into the office worried about their health, especially when preparing for a colonoscopy. They worry about bad results. I think it's important to listen, maintain good body language, and make eye contact. I have a caring personality, and I enjoy what I do—I hope my patients see that.

Being part of a group is beneficial because we share information. If I refer a patient to a colleague, they can see all the information I have, which helps them provide the best care.
