Our Services

Optum Palliative and Hospice Care, formerly Evercare Hospice & Palliative Care, is a CHAP-accredited hospice provider, bringing clinical excellence and compassionate care to patients and their loved ones facing serious and terminal illness. Our hospice care is delivered where patients live by our provider-led, interdisciplinary team. This team helps reduce suffering for the patient and loved ones, helping them continue to live each day to the fullest.

Optum is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you believe a patient or loved one is ready for our services, please call 520-407-8000.

Volunteer Opportunities

In addition, Optum offers ongoing opportunities for volunteering through many different programs, such as making blankets, creating birthday cards and promoting We Honor Veterans.
